Goal of the practical class
The goal of the class is to explain the importance of communication skills to the students of technical professions, to give them a short review of the practical classes at the Communication Skills module and to introduce the students and the lecturer to each other.
Preparation
Prior to the class attendance, the students should study the theoretical background of the practical class.
Delivery method
At the beginning of the class, the lecturer invites the students to introduce themselves, to say what they expect from the Communication Skills module and to assess good and bad sides of their communication. After the students introduce themselves, the lecturer holds a theoretical class reviewing practical classes in the module and explaining the importance of communication skills in education and at work.
